I had a philippines friend, he was an english teacher at Surabaya. One day he told me about english conversation. He said don't be afraid when you talk in english . Trust me, even some Americans can't talk english properly and fluently.
There's also Indonesians who don't talk Bahasa properly.
If you shy, you got nothing.
