Can anyone tell me how to remove this part on front door?

This is driver side, it is loose, I want to remove it and check it out. Passenger side is fine.

I hope I dont have to remove the entire door panel!

I pulled it put hard and it popped out.

The metal cip is loose, it is easy to bend. I will need new part.

I have damaged my part.

Is there any website in Thailand/Indonesia from where I can order this part?

I got the part from the dealer. It costs about the same as coca-cola.
